Within the scope of the Volatility Based Measures System (VBMS) that is being implemented in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's decisions, ETILR.E shares will be subject to gross settlement measure from 20/09/2024 (beginning of the session) until 18/10/2024 (end of the session). Measures that are currently being implemented and defined in the earlier stages of the VBMS (prohibition of margn trading measure) will be in effect until the end date of the gross settlement measure. 

Note: Measures implemented within the scope of the VBMS are considered separately from trading principles applied for the share as a result of the trading rules of the market/platform in which the share is traded, market segment changes, or other reasons. Accordingly, measures taken with respect to VBMS continue to be implemented until the end of the measure's implementation period irrespective of the validity period of the trading principles implemented with other regulations or decisions.
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu kararı uyarınca devreye alınan Volatilite Bazlı Tedbir Sistemi (VBTS) kapsamında ETILR.E paylarında 20/09/2024 tarihli işlemlerden (seans başından) 18/10/2024 tarihli işlemlere (seans sonuna) kadar brüt takas uygulanacaktır. İlgili payda halihazırda uygulanmakta olan ve VBTS kapsamında önceki aşamalarda tanımlanan tedbirler de (kredili işlem yasağı tedbiri) brüt takas tedbirinin uygulandığı süre boyunca devam edecektir.

Not: VBTS kapsamında getirilen tedbirler, payın işlem gördüğü pazarın/platformun işlem kuralları, pazar değişimi veya diğer nedenlerle uygulanan işlem esaslarından ayrı olarak değerlendirilir. Buna göre VBTS tedbirleri diğer düzenlemeler veya kararlarla uygulamaya alınan işlem esaslarının geçerlilik süresinden ayrı olarak tedbir süresinin sonuna kadar uygulanmaya devam eder.
