Tekfen Holding Çevresel, Sosyal ve Yönetişim (ÇSY) çalışmaları kapsamında stratejik önceliklerini belirlemek için ilk olarak 2018 yılında yapmış olduğu önceliklendirme analizini 2023 yılında gözden geçirerek yenilemiştir. Çalışma grup şirketleri de kapsayan konsolide bir önceliklendirme analizi olup, eş zamanlı olarak konsolide olarak karbonsuzlaşma yol haritası çalışması da yapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalar sonrasında gözden geçirilen risk ve fırsatlar, karbonsuzlaşma hedefleri 2023 sürdürülebilirlik raporunda kamuoyu ile paylaşılmıştır. ÇYS riskleri, Kurumsal Risk Yönetimi faaliyetleri kapsamında Riskin Erken Saptanması Komitesi tarafından düzenli olarak takip edilmektedir. Ayrıca çevresel risk ve fırsatlar 2017 yılından itibaren CDP kapsamında raporlanmakta, iklim değişikliği ve su yönetiminin iş stratejilerine entegrasyonunu CDP ve sürdürülebilirlik raporları aracılığıyla kamu ile paylaşılmaktadır.
Tekfen Holding reviewed and renewed the prioritization analysis, which it first conducted in 2018, in 2023 to determine its strategic priorities within the scope of its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) studies. The study is a consolidated prioritization analysis that includes group companies, and a consolidated decarbonization road map study was also carried out simultaneously. The risks and opportunities reviewed as a result of the studies and decarbonization targets were shared with the public in the 2023 sustainability report. ESG risks are regularly monitored by the Early Detection of Risk Committee within the scope of Enterprise Risk Management activities. Additionally, environmental risks and opportunities have been reported within the scope of CDP since 2017, and the integration of climate change and water management into business strategies has been shared with the public through CDP and sustainability reports.

As Tekfen Holding, an inclusive “Sustainability Committee” was established in 2017, which also includes those responsible from Group companies, in order to carry out sustainability studies in a holistic manner and in line with a common strategy, and to ensure active participation of companies in the processes. The Sustainability Committee works under the Corporate Governance Committee. The Sustainability Committee is responsible for creating the strategies, roadmaps, targets, policies and reports necessary to realize the sustainability vision, and for the integration of corporate sustainability issues and ESG policies into business processes in line with priorities.

The Sustainability Committee is responsible for the implementation and integration of the sustainability roadmap, which is prepared in line with the sustainability priorities and vision determined by including the group companies of the Holding. Progress towards the targets of the five working groups operating under the Sustainability Committee in the roadmap is followed. Environmental performances and targets are monitored by the HSE Working Group. Tekfen Group Companies support women to take part in all levels of business life and implement various projects targeting women's employment. Considering domestic violence as the most basic human rights violation, Tekfen started to offer its employees 24/7 Domestic Violence Hotline service in 2021, in line with its Policy on Combating Domestic Violence, published in 2020. Tekfen Foundation also provides microfinance support to women in cooperation with the Turkish Foundation for the Prevention of Waste (TİSVA) in order to create alternative income opportunities for women.

Customer loyalty ranks high among the Group's sustainability priorities and is considered as a separate heading in the Sustainability Report. Tekfen sees its customers as strategic partners with which it has established long-term relationships, and regards the principle of fulfilling its commitments and the continuity of quality as the foundation of the bridge between it and its customers. Although there is no standard customer complaint management policy covering all Group Companies, targets to increase customer loyalty are included in the sustainability roadmap and measurable customer satisfaction rates are included in the Sustainability Report. Information on the methods used to maintain communication with stakeholders is also available in the Sustainability Report appendix.
