a) Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri II-14.1 sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği esasları çerçevesinde, Şirketimizin 01.01.2024- 31.12.2024 faaliyet dönemine ait, TMS29'a göre enflasyon düzeltmesi yapılmış, konsolide finansal tablolar ve faaliyet raporunun tarafımızca incelendiğini, b) Şirketimizin görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğu bilgiler çerçevesinde, konsolide finansal tablolar ve faaliyet raporunun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibarıyla yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini, c) Şirketimizin görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, bu Tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmış konsolide finansal tabloların işletmenin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kâr ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığı ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve işletmenin finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olunan önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte, dürüstçe yansıttığını beyan ederiz.
