Şirketimizin 4.000.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 650.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin 44.500.000 TL tahsisli sermaye artırımı yoluyla artırılarak 694.500.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun VII-128.1 sayılı Pay Tebliği'nin 33. maddesi gereğince hazırlanarak 21.11.2024 tarihinde Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformunda ilan edilen Sermaye Artırımından Elde Edilecek Fonun Kullanım Yerlerine İlişkin Yönetim Kurulu Raporunun revize edilmiş halini ekte  kamuoyunun bilgisine sunarız.

Bu Özel Durum Açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce hazırlanmış olup iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

We hereby present to the public the revised version of the Board of Directors Report on the Use of Funds to be Obtained from the Capital Increase, which was prepared in accordance with Article 33 of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Shares (VII-128.1) and announced on the Public Disclosure Platform on 21.11.2024. The report pertains to the increase of our company's issued capital from 650,000,000 TL to 694,500,000 TL through a reserved capital increase, within the registered capital ceiling of 4,000,000,000 TL.

Turkish and English translations of this statement are available, and in case of any conflict between the Turkish and English versions of this statement, the Turkish version will  prevail.
