Paylarının tamamı Şirketimize ait olan Altay Yenilebilir Enerji Üretim ve Depolama A.Ş. yatırım amaçlı gayrimenkul edinimi konusunda Türkiye'nin önde gelen gayrimenkul geliştiricilerinden olan Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. ile gayrimenkul satış vaadi sözleşmesi imzalamıştır.

Sözleşme konusu gayrimenkuller İstanbul ili Arnavutköy ilçesi sınırlarında bulunmaktadır. Yatırım amaçlı gayrimenkullerin toplam değeri 507.483.650 TL'dir. Toplam tutarın 5.053.933,33 TL'si imza tarihinde ödenmiş olup, kalan kısım 59 ay vadeli olarak ödenmeye devam edilecektir. Sözleşmeye göre teslim tarihi imza tarihinden itibaren 48 aydır. Teslim tarihi itibarıyla tapu işlemlerinin yapılması öngörülmektedir.

Altay Yenilebilir Enerji Üretim ve Depolama A.Ş., whose shares are wholly owned by our Company, has entered into a preliminary contract for real estate sale with Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., one of Turkey's leading real estate developers, for the acquisition of investment-purpose real estate.

The real estate subject to the agreement is located within the borders of Arnavutköy district, Istanbul province. The total value of the investment-purpose real estate is 507,483,650 TL. An amount of 5,053,933.33 TL was paid on the signing date, and the remaining portion will continue to be paid in installments over 59 months. According to the agreement, the delivery date according to the contract is 48 months from the date of signature. It is anticipated that title deed transactions will be completed as of the delivery date.

Developments regarding the process will be announced on PDP.
