Davaya ilişkin olarak davacının temyiz istemi Yargıtay 11. Hukuk Dairesi (2024/1885 E.) tarafından reddedilerek, Mahkeme'nin davayı ret kararına karşı davacının istinaf başvurusunun esastan reddine dair istinaf kararı onanmış olup; dava bu surette davalılar lehine kesinleşmiştir.

Kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulur.

The plaintiff's appeal request regarding the case was rejected by the 11th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation (2024/1885 E.), and the decision of the Court of Appeal dismissing the plaintiff's appeal against the Court's decision to dismiss the case was upheld and the case was finalized in favor of the defendants.
