The company in question operates four production facilities across Turkey, manufacturing high-purity calcite products that meet stringent quality standards—one of the essential raw materials of modern industry. Calcite is a high-purity calcium carbonate mineral with a wide range of industrial applications. The company's products are exported to 80 countries worldwide, with approximately 80% of its total sales revenue derived from exports. The calcite products manufactured by the company are widely used in various industries, including the plastics and polymer sector, paper and cardboard production, paints and coatings, construction materials, agriculture and livestock, and the chemical industry. In this regard, preliminary negotiations regarding the share transfer are ongoing, and developments regarding the outcome of the process will be shared with the public in accordance with the relevant regulations. | |||||||
