Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 28/02/2025 tarihli toplantısında;

Sermayesinde %48,88 paya sahip olduğumuz bağlı ortaklığımız Razi Petrochemical Co.'nun paylarının tamamının (%48,88) satışı için ihale açılmasına karar verilmişti.

Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 10.03.2025 tarihli toplantısında;

Şartname temini ve ihale için ilk teklif verebilme süresinin 13.03.2025 Perşembe günü saat 17:00'a kadar uzatılmasına karar verilmiştir.

İhale süreci devam etmekte olup, sürece ilişkin bilgi kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

In the Board of Directors meeting held on 28/02/2025, it was decided to open a tender for the sale of all shares (48.88%) of our subsidiary Razi Petrochemical Co., in which we have a 48.88% stake.

In the Board of Directors meeting held on 10.03.2025, it was decided to extend the deadline for obtaining the specifications and submitting the initial bids for the tender until Thursday, 13.03.2025 at 17:00.

The tender process is ongoing, and information regarding the process will be shared with the public.
