Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi'nin 33. maddesinin değiştirilmesine ilişkin tescil işlemleri tamamlanmış olup, maddenin yeni hali 24 Nisan 2025 tarihli ve 11318 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir. Tadil edilen Esas Sözleşme maddesi ilişikte sunulmu��tur.
The registration procedures regarding the amendment to the Article 33 of our Articles of Association have been completed and the new version of the article has been announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated April 24, 2025 and numbered 11318. The amended article of the Articles of Association is attached hereto.
