oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Bilindiği üzere, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun 05/12/2024 tarih ve 62/1863 sayılı kararı uyarınca BIST 50 Endeksinde yer alan paylarda açığa satış işlemi yapılabilmektedir. Söz konusu paylarda 14/03/2025 tarihli seansta bir gün boyunca geçerli olmak üzere açığa satış işlemlerinde yukarı adım kuralının (up-tick rule) uygulanması kararlaştırılmıştır. Buna göre; açığa satış işlemi yapılabilen paylarda açığa satış işlemi, açığa satışa konu olacak sermaye piyasası aracının en son gerçekleşen işlem fiyatından daha yüksek bir fiyat üzerinden gerçekleştirilebilecektir. Ancak, açığa satışa konu olan sermaye piyasası aracının en son gerçekleşen fiyatının bir önceki fiyattan daha yüksek olması hâlinde açığa satış işlemi en son gerçekleşen fiyat düzeyinden de yapılabilecektir. Gün içinde sahip olunmadan yapılan ve daha sonra aynı gün içinde yapılan alımlarla kapatılan satışlar da açığa satış kapsamında olduğundan yatırımcılarımız ve yatırım kuruluşlarımız tarafından bu nitelikteki satışlara ilişkin emirlerin de açığa satış seçeneği işaretlenmek suretiyle iletilmesi hususunda gerekli dikkat ve özenin gösterilmesi önem arz etmektedir. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur. | As it is known, in accordance with the decision of the Capital Markets Board dated 05/12/2024 and numbered 62/1863, the equities included in the BIST 50 Index can be subject to short selling. It has been decided that the up-tick rule in short selling transactions to be valid for one day during the session dated 14/03/2025. According to this; equities that can be subject to short selling, can be sold short at a price higher than the last transaction price of the instrument. In case the last realized price of the instrument is higher than the previous price, the short sale transaction can be made at the last price level. In the case that the instruments are not available in the account of the customer at the time of selling and the positions are closed after the sale with purchases made within the same day, sell orders entered by the customer shall be deemed as short sale as well. It is important that due care and attention is paid to the transmission of sell orders of this nature by selecting the short sale order option by our investors and investment firms.
