Şirketimizin 2025 yılı hesap dönemine ilişkin bağımsız denetim hizmetinin alınması ile sürdürülebilirlik mevzuatı çerçevesinde Şirketimizin 2024 ve 2025 yıllarına ait sürdürülebilirlik raporlarının güvence denetimine tabi tutulması ve ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetlerin yürütülmesine ilişkin hizmetlerin, bağımsız denetim kuruluşu PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'den temin edilmesi 28.04.2025 tarihli Genel Kurul toplantısında karara bağlanmıştır.

It is hereby disclosed to public that at the general assembly dated 28 April 2025, it is resolved that PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. appointed as the independent auditor for the fiscal year 2025, and also appointed for the assurance audit of the sustainability reports of the Company for the years 2024 and 2025 within the framework of the sustainability legislations.
