18.09.2024 Tarihinde yapmış olduğumuz Özel Durum Açıklamamızda,

Akbank T.A.Ş.'nin 17.09.2024 tarihinde gerçekleştirdiği tahsili gecikmiş alacak satışında, satışa çıkarılan 5 portföyden 683,44 milyon TL anapara büyüklüğündeki 2 bireysel portföyün ihalesini şirketimizin kazandığı duyurulmuştu.

Bu ihaleye konu alacakların devir ve temlik işlemleri 27.09.2024 tarihi itibarıyla tamamlanmıştır.

In our Material Event Disclosure dated September 18th, 2024, 

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 2 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 683.44 million TL out of 5 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Akbank T.A.Ş. on September 17th, 2024.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of September 27th, 2024.
