2024 yılı hesap dönemi finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi için bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak HSY DANIŞMANLIK VE BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM A.Ş seçilmesine ilişkin 5 Haziran 2024 tarihli Genel Kurul Kararı İzmir Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 14 Haziran 2024 tarihinde tescil olunmuştur.

The General Assembly Decision dated 5 June 2024 regarding the selection of HSY DANIŞMANLIK VE BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM A.Ş. as the independent auditing company for the audit of the financial reports of the 2024 accounting period was registered by the Izmir Trade Registry Office on 14 June 2024.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
